7-Week Group Shadow Integration Journey Through Dream Work, Tarot, and Astrology

In this FREE experimental 7-week journey, we will embark on a process of group shadow integration using a combination of dream work, astrology, and tarot. We will meet once a week via Zoom to discuss our experiences, progress, or any emerging challenges through our individual processes.
In our first meeting, I will introduce the historical and theoretical context of shadow work, the tools we will be using, and how we will be using them: a specific technique of daily dream journaling (and its rationale), tarot cards, and astrology (through the use of our individual birth charts). We will each set an intention about something specific we'd like to shift in our lives. We will also set a group intention.
In the following meetups, we will discuss any issues that have emerged and what shifts and changes we've noticed. We will process these shifts and issues through a variety of tools. Each meet up will also include a short lecture and workshop using astrology with shadow integration. We will work through various pieces as we go along.
Committing to the journey will require as much as possible, the pulling of a tarot card before bed each night (or in the morning) and briefly dream journaling upon waking. Consistency in this process is a critical aspect of the journey, but participants are encouraged to work at a pace and consistency that is comfortable and is not overwhelming. This process is designed to fit into the context of a busy life so it does not impede too dramatically in daily responsibilities and other commitments.
The astrological birth chart will be used as a tool to clarify and deepen our integration and transformation throughout our journey. You do not need to be skilled or proficient at either tarot or astrology to join. All experience levels are welcome. Participants who have more experience with either tarot of astrology will be welcome to contribute their perspective when reading charts and working with examples.
Throughout this process, I will be experimenting with some astrological techniques specific to shadow integration.
If you are interested in participating, consider the following:
The ability to document your dreams on a consistent basis for a 7-week period
Have a tarot deck
A strong desire to commit to a process of positive and constructive inner and outer transformation
A desire to help and support others do the same and hold compassionate space for what shows up in weekly meetings among participants
A commitment to personal and spiritual growth
A willingness to provide honest feedback on the overall process, experience, and concept during and after the journey
Space will be limited to about 10 participants. If you are interested, send me an email (with Dream in the subject) by December 30, 2024. Include your name and specific days and times that you would be available each week for about an hour or so Zoom meeting. Include your time zone. I will choose a day and time each week based on the group’s overall availability. You do not have to attend each meetup, but it is strongly encouraged that you participate as much as possible. Each participant will be invited to share something in relation to their dream work each week with the group. Recordings will be available for two weeks after each meetup.
Our journey will begin the first or second week of January 2025 after the holidays and start of the new year (and Mars retrogrades back into Cancer). It will run until late February 2025. Exact dates and times will be determined sometime in December.
